Hi everyone. I’m sharing a quick and simple recipe today, let me know if you try it.

Recipe: Green Beans and Egg (serves 1)
Ingredients
Handful of green beans – blanched for 7 minutes
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
1 tsp tomato puree
Method
- Firstly, prepare the green beans, wash and trim the ends and cut in half, then blanche in hot water for 7 minutes until just cooked and set aside to cool down.
- Heat the oil in a pan and mix everything else together in a bowl
- Once the pan is hot, add the egg mixture to the pan and cook on a gentle heat until cooked through.
- Serve with rice or as a side dish.
