Self Confidence 

It’s been a short while ☺ but I’m back!! 

Self confidence is something that develops over time and it may appear quicker in some than others. But don’t worry we’ll all reach a stage in our life when we feel completely confident in ourselves and we just accept (not settle) our bodies, personality, life etc… 

Everyone experiences days where we second guess ourselves and feel as though we are not able to complete a task but it’s the struggles in life that lead us to the fantastic person we become. Everyone’s path is different so never compare yourself ♥ 

Here are some few tips to instantly help you feel more confident:

1. Focus on yourself 

2. Don’t worry about embarrassment or failure 

3. Step out of your comfort zone (no matter how scared you are)

4. Always forgive yourself, don’t put yourself down about bad/negative mistakes forgive yourself and move on 

5. Believe that you are the best

Lastly follow your dreams and never give up x

Confidence for 2017

Hi ✋ so this year is almost over and can you believe how quickly 2016 has gone by? A lot has happened this year and I am so excited for 2017 because I know it will be a great year for me to succeed and achieve many things. 

The main thing to remember is to be grateful for everything that you’ve been blessed with and look forward to what the future holds.

Here are some tips to take into the new year:

  • Never give up on your hopes and dreams, even if you are not where you wish to be in your spare time do creative activities that will nourish your soul.
  • Keep the focus away from yourself, focus on other people more and actually make eye contact when listening to someone is talking soon your fears of communication will disappear.
  • Be reliant on yourself, have some time alone and get to know your true self by letting go of who you think you should be. 
  • Don’t be afraid, just remember that you can achieve anything you put your mind too. Failure and embarrassment always mean you are making progress and overcoming fears therefore one step closer to your goals. 
  • Step out of your comfort zone, try new activities and speak to different people.
  • Always forgive yourself, don’t let things if the past get you down because no one is perfect and you can learn from your mistakes.
  • Lastly believe in yourself and be original.

Rejection Equals Protection

Rejection will always be apart of your life, learn to handle it with grace, ego still intact and off you go confidently!!

First of all life stays the same: in that moment nothing really changes when you are rejected, it is the ego that gets offended.

Secondly rejection is protection: whenever you hear the word ‘no’ just remember your being protected and that the universe is aligning a greater plan.

Thirdly say this mantra ‘it’s this or something better’: the best thing about life is knowing that the right thing is on it’s way at the right time.

Confidence is shown through your actions therefore whatever you do, do it confidently like no one is watching!
